These terms and conditions apply to all orders received by Highland Stag Ltd. By placing the order for goods, customers are deemed to accept the terms and conditions of sale. Please note that these terms and conditions may be updated without notice, so the customer should re-read them before each time you order the product.
Definitions:
- Highland Stag Ltd also referred to as “we or us” in these terms and conditions.
- “You and Your” means the customer.
- “Business days” means Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Price:
Purchase prices are given in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.
The price of any goods stated by Highland Stag Ltd online is inclusive of GST.
Prices displayed on the Highland Stag Ltd site are subject to change without notice.
Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted.
Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accepted orders.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, through a secure payment site.

Orders:
Though Highland Stag Ltd website will endeavour to supply orders placed and accepted on this website, order placement and acceptance do not constitute an obligation on Highland Stag Ltd website to supply. Highland Stag Ltd website reserves the right to cancel any order without notice. Highland Stag Ltd’s obligations will be limited to protection provided by the Consumer Guarantees act 1993 and the Fair Trading act 1986.
Delivery:
Your order will be sent after receiving payment from you to Highland Stag Ltd.
Items are packaged in padded courier bags, insurance can be arranged at extra cost.
Returns:
Returns will only be accepted under these conditions:
Goods are damaged during delivery (postage). Please return along with packaging for you refund. Postage is at your expense. Please notify us on receipt of damaged goods.
If you change your mind – any unopened bottles may be returned in good condition.
Refunds:
NO REFUNDS. Highland Stag does not do refunds on any of our products. Please choose your purchases wisely.
